By using the PAZARIS website and apps, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept these terms.

1. General

PAZARIS is an online platform for posting and finding classified ads in Cyprus. We provide a technical service; all deals are made directly between users. PAZARIS is not a seller, buyer or intermediary.

2. Account

• Provide accurate contact details.
• One user — one account.
• You are fully responsible for all actions taken from your account and for keeping your password safe.

3. Posting listings

• The category, description, photos and price must match the actual item or service.
• Duplicates, spam and misleading information are not allowed.
• By posting content, you grant PAZARIS a non-exclusive licence to display it within the service.

4. Prohibited content

It is prohibited to post listings related to:

• weapons, ammunition and explosives;
• narcotic and psychotropic substances;
• counterfeit products and fakes;
• sexual services;
• discrimination on grounds of race, nationality, religion or any other characteristic;
• personal data of third parties without their consent;
• any other goods and services prohibited by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and the EU.

5. Moderation

Listings are reviewed before publication. The administration may reject, edit or remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.

6. Paid services

• Prices for promotion services are listed in the price list and may change with notice on the website.
• A payment is considered complete when the funds are received.
• Refunds are possible only in case of a technical error on the part of PAZARIS and no later than 7 days after payment.

7. Liability

PAZARIS is not responsible for:

• the accuracy of information in listings;
• the quality of goods and services;
• the actions of users and third parties;
• losses arising from the use of the platform.

8. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to the terms

PAZARIS may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. All disputes are subject to the competent courts of Cyprus.
